Volleyball Recap: Parowan Takes a Loss

Parowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grand County Red Devils. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Devils earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 20-25, 25-22, 25-17.

Despite the defeat, Parowan saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Norah Jackman had 12 digs and one assist.

Parowan's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Grand County, their win bumped their record up to 6-12.

Parowan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Enterprise on the 7th. As for Grand County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Kanab on the 7th.
