Volleyball Recap: Basis Independent Silicon Valley Comes Up Short on the Road Against Prospect

Basis Independent Silicon Valley had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Prospect Panthers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-15.

The win got Prospect back to even at 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Basis Independent Silicon Valley will head out to square off against Santa Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prospect, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Santa Clara at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
