Football Game Preview: Jurupa Hills Spartans vs. San Gorgonio Spartans

Jurupa Hills will take on San Gorgonio at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. San Gorgonio took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jurupa Hills, who comes in off a win.

Jurupa Hills took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Friday. They came out on top against Colton by a score of 29-22.

Meanwhile, San Gorgonio was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 13-7 heartbreaker at the hands of Montclair. That's two games in a row now that the Spartans have lost by exactly six points.

San Gorgonio's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Jurupa Hills, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Jurupa Hills barely slipped by San Gorgonio in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 35-34. Does Jurupa Hills have another victory up their sleeve, or will San Gorgonio turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
