Kameron Cody was dynamite on Friday, picking up two sacks, forcing one fumble, and making nine total tackles. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was his sixth in a row with seven or more total tackles dating back to last season. On the season, he has averaged 8.7 total tackles per game and for the season has 3 sacks.

Cody and Benedictine will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Westminster at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The Cadets are a perfect 3-0 against the Wildcats going back to September of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
