Basketball Recap: Bedford Takes a Loss

Bedford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 30-28 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sidney Cowboys. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-48 last Friday.

Bedford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Sidney, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Bedford has already played their next game (against Griswold), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sidney has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Fremont-Mills.
