Football Game Recap: Britton-Hecla vs. Clark/Willow Lake

Clark/Willow Lake were out to avenge their 12-34 defeat to Britton-Hecla from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. On Friday, Clark/Willow Lake and Britton-Hecla were almost perfectly matched up, but Clark/Willow Lake suffered an agonizing 27-28 defeat. Clark/Willow Lake's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

The loss dropped Clark/Willow Lake's record to 5-1. The victory bumped Britton-Hecla's record up to 5-0.

Clark/Willow Lake will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Webster. As for Britton-Hecla, they will face off against Florence/Henry. The two teams each escaped (but just barely !) with wins against their previous opponents.
