Basketball Recap: Quinton Takes a Loss

Quinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Vanoss Wolves, falling 61-31. While losing is never fun, the Savages can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Wolves are ranked 40th).

Quinton's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Vanoss, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-1.

Quinton will head out to challenge Broken Bow at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Vanoss has already played their next game (against Stratford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
