Volleyball Recap: Chester's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Chester took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Los Molinos, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Volcanoes came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bulldogs on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1. The game was the first time the Volcanoes have beaten the Bulldogs on their court since October 21, 2021.

Stevie Kuersten paced Chester's offense, picking up six kills. Kuersten were helped by Kylie Kistle and Hailey Delong, who contributed five assists each. Kuersten was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
