Volleyball Recap: Wiregrass Comes Up Short

Wiregrass lost against Ezekiel Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Kings fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1.

Despite the loss, Wiregrass still got an impressive performance from Josie Duren, who had 13 digs.

Wiregrass' loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Ezekiel Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-7 record this season.

Wiregrass does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ezekiel Academy, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Evangel Christian on the 18th.
