After losing to Saint Ignatius College Prep the last time they met, Chicago Mt. Carmel decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Caravan walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wolfpack on Thursday.

Chicago Mt. Carmel easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13.

Chicago Mt. Carmel is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they dropped their record down to 7-14 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chicago Mt. Carmel will challenge Marmion at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they will head out to take on Loyola Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
