Volleyball Recap: Rockford East Takes a Loss

Rockford East lost against Rockford Auburn back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The E-Rabs fell 2-0 to the Knights.

While Rockford East had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18.

Rockford East's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Rockford Auburn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-18.

Looking ahead, Rockford East will take on Hononegah at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockford Auburn, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Boylan Catholic on the 21st.
