Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Madison Highland Prep Heat 49-0. That looming 49-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Spartans yet this season.

Will Ryken had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 138 yards and four TDs on only six carries, while also throwing for 49 yards and one touchdown. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's record is now 3-4. As for Madison Highland Prep, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Scottsdale Preparatory Academy will head out to challenge Arizona Lutheran Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will need to watch out since the Coyotes have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games. As for Madison Highland Prep, they will head out on the road to square off against NFL Yet Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Heat will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 47.67 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
