After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Midtown, Forest Park was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Mays Raiders an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Forest Park, who have now won four contests by four goals or more so far this season.

The win got Forest Park back to even at 4-4. As for Mays, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Forest Park is set to challenge their familiar foe Pace Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mays will face off against rival Midtown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
