1. Roselle Catholic

Future Kentucky Wildcat point man Isaiah Briscoe will key Roselle Catholic's bid for a second NJSIAA Tournament of Champions title in three years. Six-foot-nine seniors Ganlandou Cisse and Chris Silva, 6-7 senior Pierre Sarr and 6-8 freshman Nazreon Reid will make the Lions tough to match up with.

2. St. Anthony (Jersey City)
2013-14 record: 23-5
Head coach: Bob Hurley



The Friars are overdue for another state title under legendary Bob Hurley, who has amassed over 1,100 career victories and 27 state crowns. St. Anthony has come up short the past two seasons but Wichita State-bound Markis McDuffie has the talent to help put the program back on top.

3. St. Benedict's Prep (Newark)
2013-14 record: 22-8
Head coach: Mark Taylor

Transfers and defections stalled Taylor's progress at St. Benedict's Prep last year but sophomore guards Trevon Duval and Nate Pierre-Louis are sparking hopes for a Gray Bee revival.

4. Gill St. Bernard's (Gladstone)
2013-14 record: 17-8
Head coach: Merg Sina



Junior Tyus Battle is the latest star at GSB. The 6-foot-6 guard helped USA Basketball win a gold medal at the FIBA U17 World Championship over the summer and is a target of Duke, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan.

5. Trenton Catholic Academy
2013-14 record: 17-4
Head coach: Fred Falchi

Syracuse signee Malachi Richardson (6-6, 190, G/F) is a Top 50 prospect nationally by 247Sports and helped Roselle Catholic win a state title as a sophomore.
