Football Recap: Midway/Minto Takes a Loss

Midway/Minto kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie], falling 54-6. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it nine in a row.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Midway/Minto will take on rival North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] on Friday. Meanwhile, Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] is set to square off against their familiar foe Cavalier on Friday.
