Volleyball Recap: Stephenson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Stephenson lost against North Dickinson last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Nordics. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 21-25, 25-22.

Aunna Havelka paced Stephenson's offense, picking up ten kills. Havelka got some help from Olivia Cappaert and her 21 assists. Havelka was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Stephenson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17-1. As for North Dickinson, they moved to 11-9-2 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Stephenson has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against North Central on the 2nd. As for North Dickinson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Superior Central on the 2nd.
