Cedar Cliff faced Governor Mifflin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Colts fell 6-1 to the Mustangs. The Colts' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Cedar Cliff saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bennett Secrest, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Cedar Cliff's loss dropped their record down to 17-6. As for Governor Mifflin, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-1.
