Volleyball Recap: Brookstone's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Brookstone lost against St. Anne-Pacelli back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Vikings. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

St. Anne-Pacelli was led to victory by Anna Do and Allie Vickery. Do had 16 assists and three aces, while Vickery had four digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Vickery a new career-high.

Having lost for the first time this season, Brookstone fell to 4-1. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Brookstone has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against South Effingham on the 9th. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Tallulah Falls on the 9th.
