Basketball Recap: King William Comes Up Short

King William lost against Mathews back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The King William Cavaliers fell 82-75 to the Mathews Blue Devils. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King William's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Mathews, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King William has already played their next match (against Nottoway), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mathews will square off against West Point at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
