North Stanly has gone a perfect 10-0 against Albemarle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. North Stanly will host Albemarle at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in North Stanly's favor as the squad sits on 17 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Albemarle has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

On Saturday, North Stanly sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Central Davidson. The two-run effort marked the Comets' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Albemarle's offense. They came up short against Mount Pleasant on Friday, falling 10-0.

Albemarle's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for North Stanly, their win bumped their record up to 9-0.
