Basketball Recap: Horizon Prep Wins Going Away Against Health Sciences

After losing to Health Sciences the last time they met, Horizon Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Horizon Prep Lions took down the Health Sciences Serpents 58-40 on Tuesday.

Horizon Prep is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Health Sciences, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Horizon Prep will head out to challenge Preuss UCSD at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Preuss UCSD will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Horizon Prep surely won't give up without a fight. Health Sciences has already played their next matchup (against Cristo Rey), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
