They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Fullerton Indians. Adam Whyte made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits.
