Baseball Recap: Chilton Takes a Loss

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 17-1 to the Holland Hornets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 18-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Chilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Holland, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-12.

Coming up, Chilton will host Rosebud-Lott at 7:00 p.m. on March 18th. As for Holland, they will take on Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
