Loudonville extended their home winning streak to eight games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Addison Wolford. The Redbirds were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mt. Gilead Indians on Tuesday with plenty of help from Wolford, who had 12 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last six games she's played dating back to last season.

Loudonville not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mt. Gilead between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-17.

Loudonville's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Mt. Gilead, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Loudonville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Centerburg on the 21st. As for Mt. Gilead, they will face off against East Knox at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
