After losing to Ingraham the last time they met, Archbishop Murphy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The stars were shining brightly for the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats in a 68-50 win over the Ingraham Rams on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

The victory got Archbishop Murphy back to even at 4-4. As for Ingraham, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Archbishop Murphy will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Roosevelt at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ingraham, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lincoln at 8:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
