River Ridge lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Wauzeka-Steuben, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Timberwolves never let the Hornets get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Timberwolves needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Blake Reynolds made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three RBI and one double.
