Soccer Game Preview: Lawson vs. White House

The Lawson Lightning will face off against the White House Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Things were looking good for Lawson after they put the first goal on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 3-1 to McGavock. The result was nothing new for Lawson as the squad haven't won a game since April 16th.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for White House's offense. They came up short against Christ Presbyterian Academy on Tuesday, falling 7-0. White House haven't had much luck with Christ Presbyterian Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Lawson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for White House, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
