Volleyball Recap: Hugoton Takes a Loss

The Hugoton Eagles came up short against the Bishop Seabury Academy Seahawks on Saturday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-9.

Bishop Seabury Academy found their leader in freshman Presley Peterson, who had 12 digs and one assist.

Hugoton dropped their record down to 3-19-2 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Bishop Seabury Academy, their win bumped their record up to 15-9.

Coincidentally, Hugoton and Bishop Seabury Academy will both be playing Cheylin the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Cougars at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Seahawks will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
