Gateway had won two straight games and Mykel Bruce-McCrommon did his part to make it three on Tuesday. The Gators came out on top against the Penn-Trafford Warriors by a score of 63-51 for which the team can thank Bruce-McCrommon, who posted 24 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Gateway's points.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zach Feldman, who went 6-for-13 en route to 15 points and five rebounds. Ethan McDonald was another key player, shooting 60% from the field to rack up 15 points.

Gateway's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Penn-Trafford, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-10.

Looking ahead, Gateway will host McKeesport at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Penn-Trafford has already played their next matchup (against Trinity), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
