Harris County extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ja'Niya Broome. The Harris County Tigers walked away with a 63-50 win over the Starr's Mill Panthers on Friday thanks in part to Broome, who shot 4-for-5 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double with 28 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (80%).

Allana Coulter was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Despite the loss, Starr's Mill saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lindsey Kopacek dropped a double-double with 23 points and 17 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Sophia Olson, who posted six points and ten boards.

Harris County's victory bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Starr's Mill, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-6.

Harris County has already played their next matchup, a 54-44 loss against Pace Academy on the 18th. As for Starr's Mill, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers duke it out with the Jaguars at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Starr's Mill is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54 points per game this season.
