Austin came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Siegel Stars by a score of 2-0.

Charlie Barnes paced Austin's offense, picking up seven kills. Barnes got some help from Maggie Jae Marsh and her 12 assists.

Austin's win bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Siegel, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.

Austin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Madison County on the 6th. As for Siegel, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Carrollton on the 6th.
