Elijah Haseth posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (two) he has had since back in March of 2024.

Haseth's effort led Newport Harbor over Edison and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
