Volleyball Recap: Port Gibson Takes a Loss

Port Gibson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vicksburg Gators. The Blue Waves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gators apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2020.

Port Gibson's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Vicksburg, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Port Gibson will challenge Crystal Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vicksburg, they will head out to challenge Provine at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
