Bryce Valley is 8-2 against Valley since August of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Mustangs will take on the Buffalos at 1:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Bryce Valley is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Wayne 10-3. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on six straight.

Meanwhile, Valley got themselves on the board against Intermountain Christian on Tuesday, but Intermountain Christian never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Lions.

Valley let Jake Figgins and Weston Baird run wild. Figgins went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI, while Baird got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. That's the most hits Figgins has posted since back in August.

Valley's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Bryce Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 20-6.

Bryce Valley came out on top in a nail-biter against Valley when the teams last played back in September, sneaking past 5-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
