Basketball Recap: Neumann Victorious

Neumann won the last time they faced Southwest Florida Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The Neumann Celtics came out on top against the Southwest Florida Christian King's by a score of 52-45.

Several King's players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was River McDaniel, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Reilly Link, who scored 12 points.

Neumann now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.

Neumann wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 69-68 victory against Estero on the 25th. Southwest Florida Christian has also already played their next game, an 89-64 win against Saint Stephen's Episcopal on the 28th.
