Carey had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Colonel Crawford Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Blue Devils, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Carey was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 14-25, 25-16, 25-13.

Carey found their leader in sophomore Ava Troiano, who had 11 digs.

Carey's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Colonel Crawford, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.

Carey has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Buckeye Central on the 18th. Colonel Crawford has also already played their next matchup (against Seneca East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
