Maury has gone 10-0 against Booker T. Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Maury Commodores will look to defend their home court against the Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Maury is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Virginia's top teams: South Lakes, who was ranked 14th at the time (Maury was ranked 22nd). Maury fell 64-52 to South Lakes on Saturday. The Commodores' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Booker T. Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 71-31 loss at the hands of Granby. One positive for the Mighty Bookers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Booker T. Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Maury, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-3.

Everything came up roses for Maury against Booker T. Washington in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured an 86-20 win. Will Maury repeat their success, or does Booker T. Washington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
