Baseball Recap: East River Falcons vs. University Titans
After flying high against Orangewood Christian last Thursday, East River came back down to earth. The Falcons fell just short of the University Titans by a score of 5-4 on Saturday. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Chance Griffin was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
