Thunder Basin put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the South Bison 6-4. That's more bragging rights for the Bolts, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Savannah Broeker, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-1. Addison Ludwar was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-1.

Thunder Basin's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, Thunder Basin will be playing at home against Sheridan at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Thunder Basin's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for South, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rock Springs at 3:30 p.m. on April 4.
