Baseball Recap: San Dimas Takes a Loss

San Dimas was the 3-2 winner over Arcadia when they last played one another back in May of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Saints fell 6-2 to the Apaches on Monday.

San Dimas handed starting duties to Andrew DesMarets, who gave a strong showing despite the result: he tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.

At the plate, San Dimas saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eleazar Santillan, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

San Dimas' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Arcadia, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, San Dimas will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Bonita at 5:00 p.m. on March 4. As for Arcadia, they will host La Canada at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
