There's no place like home for Largo, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Anclote Sharks on Wednesday. The Packers haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Victor Martinez-Morales, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and five RBI.

Largo's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Anclote, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

Largo will be playing in front of their home fans against Shorecrest Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Anclote, they will head out on the road to challenge Tarpon Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Sharks are facing the Spongers at the right time seeing as the Spongers are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
