Baseball Recap: Randallstown Triumphs

Randallstown posted their closest victory since April 24, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Park School Bruins 4-2.

Antuwan Oliver made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Oliver was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Oliver wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Chris Ross, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Another was Keith Mcknight, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

The win got Randallstown back to even at 1-1. As for Park School, with the loss, they broke their 19-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Randallstown will square off against Old Mill at 1:00 p.m. on March 22nd. Park School will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Key at 4:15 p.m. on March 26th.
