Fayetteville waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Winterboro Bulldogs. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory on September 6th.

Kenleigh McArthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up 13 kills. McArthur got some help from Isabella Kelley and her 21 assists. McArthur was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Fayetteville's win bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Winterboro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Fayetteville will square off against Lee-Scott Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Winterboro, they will venture away from home to take on Central of Clay County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
