Softball Recap: Ramsay Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ramsay can now relate to. They came up short against the Leeds Greenwave on Tuesday, falling 16-1. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Rams couldn't push the score so high this time.

Ramsay has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season. As for Leeds, the victory got them back to even at 15-15.

Leeds wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Moody on the 29th. Hopefully Ramsay paid attention to the Greenwave's game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Greenwave at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
