Baseball Recap: Miller Takes a Loss

Miller lost against Berne Union back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Falcons took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockets. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Miller saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zander Bice, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Miller now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Berne Union, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Miller has already played their next game (against Fisher Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Berne Union, they will challenge Bishop Rosecrans at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Rockets 2.2, the Bishops 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
