Emma Burgess turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three hits surrendered on Friday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Chancellor last Monday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.
