Baseball Recap: Roncalli Victorious

While Roncalli's victory against Sheboygan Falls wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Jets had just enough and edged out the Falcons 7-5. The Jets haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Jake Hillmer was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Roncalli's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Sheboygan Falls, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Roncalli will take on Sevastopol at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Sheboygan Falls, they will head out to challenge Brillion at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
