Basketball Recap: Jackson Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Jackson entered their game against Pace Academy on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Jackson Jaguars fell 77-67 to the Pace Academy Knights. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-65 back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Jackson lost, don't look at Donaven Thomas. Despite the final result, he posted 23 points. The contest was Thomas' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Javon Gardner was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Jackson's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5. As for Pace Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 21-4.

As of now, neither Jackson nor Pace Academy have any future games scheduled.
