Vermillion's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 59-25 win over the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies. The Tanagers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Vermillion's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Elk Point-Jefferson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vermillion will welcome Sioux Falls Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
