San Manuel has gone 3-0 against Cicero Prep Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The San Manuel Miners will venture away from home to square off against the Cicero Prep Academy Centurions at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Last Tuesday, San Manuel had to suffer through a 46-10 loss at the hands of Duncan. The Miners have struggled against the Wildkats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Cicero Prep Academy suffered their biggest defeat since December 12, 2024 on Wednesday. They took a blow against Fort Thomas, falling 68-31. While losing is never fun, the Centurions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 179th, while the Apaches are ranked 38th).

This is the second loss in a row for Cicero Prep Academy and nudges their season record down to 11-9. As for San Manuel, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
